In Stockholm the Management of International Competitions
The initiatives of the Solidarity Programme continue: this weekend from 8-10 September the Management of International Competitions course was held in Stockholm, organized by Swedish Fencing.
The participants were 17, coming from different European Nations: Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Greece, Israel, Latvia, Moldova, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Serbia, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine. EFC COMEX representatives also chaired the seminar.
The experience was hosted by Ana Valero-Collantes, on behalf of the EFC and on behalf of Swedish Fencing. Seminar leader were Pierre Thullberg, Swedish Fencing together with speakers Nikolay Mateev president of the EFC Competition Commission, Marjorie Ginouvier Dufrêne, member of the EFC Competition Commission, Giandomenico Varallo, president of FIE SEMI Commission
In a climate of growth, collaboration, and exchange, in line with the objectives and values of the Solidarity Programme, the participants all worked well together and achieved the dual objectives of developing their expertise alongside their European friendships.
