THIRD FOIL SEMINAR OF 2021
The EFC “Get Ready For The New Season” referee training seminars continued today with the third foil training session.
As always the group were hosted by Secretary General, Jacek Slupski who was joined by, Emmanuel Katsiadakis, the Secretary General of the FIE.
EFC Referee Commission Members, Martina Ganassin and Vilem Madr and FIE Referee Florin Gheorghe led the training. As usual, a practical seminar using videos of recent international matches, was preceded by a theory test.
The project began last year with training for sabre referees, extending later in 2020 to training for foil referees. The first epee referee training is due to begin shortly.
