Despite the lack of its usual Christmas atmosphere, the 6th edition of the Copenhagen Cadet Circuit was a success this year again thanks to the large numbers of volunteers from Hellerup Fencing Club and the outstanding leadership from Jon Willis and Francine Robb.
Quite unusually, the top seeded fencers both individual contests: Outi Jaakkola from Finland for the women and Pietro Rinaldi from Italy for the men. The danish fencer August Lindstrøm Jensen won bronze. In the team competitions, Sweden won for the women and Italy 1 for the men.
