Young Fencers Shine in Cadet Team Competitions 

The European Cadet Championships in Antalya continue to deliver thrilling bouts and unexpected results. Today, the strongest teams in Men's Foil, Men's Saber, and Women's Épée took the podium, showcasing outstanding skill and team spirit. This marked the final day of cadet competitions, closing an intense chapter of fencing excellence. From tomorrow, the spotlight shifts to the junior fencers, who will battle for their own European titles. 

Cadet Men's Foil Team Event 

Italy once again proved its dominance. Mattia Gianese, Nicolò Collini, Marco Panazzolo, and Emanuele Iaquinta secured the gold medal, overcoming France in the final. The French squad, featuring Mahel Boumaza, Evan Darmani, Léo Singharat Blanchard, and Lucas Robinet, claimed silver, while Hungary, represented by Hunor Kosztolanyi, Aron Bodor, Roland Grosz, and Csanad Rozsa, took the bronze.

Cadet Men's Saber Team Event 

Türkiye celebrated victory in the Cadet Men's Saber team event, with Yigit Ayaz, Poyraz Kumuk, Arda Takka, and Candeniz Berrak claiming the gold. Italy's Leonardo Reale, Andrea Tribuno, Davide Vivaldi, and Christian Avaltroni secured silver, while the French quartet of Ulysse Le Gac Briand, Maxence Bloin, Lino Vacca, and Baptiste Hospital earned the bronze.

Cadet Women's Épée Team Event 

Ukraine emerged victorious in the Cadet Women's Épée team event, with Valeriia Bilous-Gridzhak, Polina Spyridonova, Alina Dmytruk, and Marharyta Anharska securing the gold medal. Hungary, represented by Anna Szilard, Izabella Ronaszeki, Lotti Horvath, and Hanna Terhes, finished in second place, while the Czech Republic took bronze thanks to the efforts of Natalie Coufalova, Eliska Kahabkova, Adela Bartoskova, and Hana Jurkova.
