During the U23 European Championships in Budapest, the 2nd appointment of the Solidarity Programme was held: the Laser Sabre course. The training days were an opportunity for technicians, coming from different countries, to get to know this new specialty that is enjoying great success in France. The seminar, composed of practical and theoretical parts, was a way to lay the foundations for the spread of this new discipline throughout Europe.
The Confederation expresses a big thank to the French Fencing Federation for the provision of 2 technicians, to the Hungarian Federation for hosting the course. The turnout showed that the project is having the desired result, with the aim of creating more interaction between different cultures and spreading knowledge and creating the conditions for collaboration.
