The Solidarity Programme is finally in full swing: in Riccione, during the Italian Grand Prix U14 the Italian Fencing Federation conducts a seminar on the promotion of youth activities. 13 nations have joined the EFC initiative: Lithuania, Armenia, Hungary, Turkey, Ireland, Latvia, Azerbaijan, Sweden, North Macedonia, Holland, Portugal, Poland and Luxembourg.
The Programme will be opened by the welcome greeting of the President of the Italian Federation, Paolo Azzi, followed by the presentation of the events by the President of the EFC, Giorgio Scarso. The seminar will be divided into two days and will deal with:
- The institutional promotion of the FIS
- The management of social communication and the impact on sponsors
- The harmonization and organization of the under 14 calendar in FIS
- The motivations of a sponsor who invests in under 14 fencing
- The flow of experience from the beginner to the champion to the master
- The impact and related activities at the local level for a City partner FIS
- The new concept of the PG event, from video refereeing, to the presentation, to the interviews after the match: Living an emotion as a champion

- Communication at the local level. The network of committee
- Promotion and organization under 14 in clubs
For the first time, the EFC organizes an event of this kind, which will be followed by other events. This type of meeting allows the comparison between the different representatives of the International Federations for the dissemination of fencing in youth activities.
The EFC would like to thank all the Federations that have joined to demonstrate that great things can be done without great financial resources, but only with the will to co-operate to spread fencing.
