European Cadet Circuit Champions Announced

The Legacy of the European Cadet Circuit 

The European Cadet Circuit (ECC), an initiative established in 2008 by Julius Kralik, has concluded its 2024–2025 season, celebrating the remarkable talents of Europe's young fencers. Kralik, serving as the EFC/CEE Sports Director Regional and Administrator of the ECC, has been instrumental in shaping this platform, which has grown to include participants from 31 European and non-European countries.

This season witnessed outstanding performances across all disciplines: 

  • Men’s Foil Cadets: Lauro Falchetto (AUT) 

  • Women’s Sabre Cadets: Anna Kalliopi Kourousi (GRE) 

  • Men’s Sabre Cadets: Yigit Ayaz (TUR) 

  • Women’s Épée Cadets: Linea Eriksson (SWE) 

  • Men’s Épée Cadets: Francesco Delfino (ITA) 

  • Women’s Foil Cadets: Alara Atamaca (TUR)

The ECC continues to serve as a vital platform for nurturing young fencing talent, providing them with the experience and exposure necessary to excel on larger stages.
