https://www.instagram.com/p/Csi4zWNsggc/There are less than 24 hours left until the start of the European U23 Championships in Budapest. Almost 400 foil, epee and sabre athletes from all over Europe will gather at the Ludovika Arena to win the title of European U23 Champion.
Everything is ready for the continental category review. Tomorrow, Tuesday 23 May, Women’s Foil and Men’s Sabre will kick off the 5 days of competitions, and then leave the pistes to Women’s Epee and Men’s Foil fencers on May 24. The individual trials will close with Men’s Epee and Women’s Sabre on May 25th. May 26 will be the first day of the team competitions, in which we will see 17 teams of women's epee, 9 of women's foil and 13 of men's sabre face each other to become the U23 European Champions. May 27 will be the last day of the U23 European Championships and the continental titles will be awarded to teams in men's epee, (18 teams), men's foil (11 teams) and women's sabre (13 teams).
