The Solidarity Programme, launched on 14th January in Paris, is getting on with the first course on management. The Project has been designed to encourage technical, cultural, organisational, and managerial exchange and to strengthen a spirit of solidarity between European Federations. In particular, the Italian Fencing Federation, together with the European Fencing Confederation, will organise a seminar/training in Riccione, during the Italian Championship U14, the “Gran Premio Giovanissimi (GPG). The first applications have arrived to demonstrate the interest of European Federations towards the initiative.
On this occasion many topics will be discussed: Importance of GPG in Federation’s management; How to prepare and conduct competitions for these categories; Competition calendar for young fencers, 6/8 years old; Competition calendar for young fencers, 9/10 years old; Competition calendar for young fencers, 11,12,13 and 14 years old; Marketing dedicated to aforementioned age categories; Dedicated sponsor to above age categories; Special and selected communication to young categories; Relationship between young fencers (6/14 years old) and the school; Relationship between young fencers and families.
