On 29 November, a decision-making meeting was held involving COMEX, the Executive Committee of the Confederation, to discuss the current situation, approve appointments of delegates for coming championships and take some decisions. Some of the issues that have been addressed are as follows:
1. The President of the EFC, Giorgio Scarso, informed Comex of his visit to Macedonia, where he met the leaders of Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia.
2. The financial statements were presented by Treasurer Nuala McGarrity
3. Presentation of "The Solidarity program" was made by President Scarso
4. The delegates who will manage coming championships and referees for (European Cadet and Junior Championships of Tallinn, European Championships U23 of Budapest, European Games of Krakow) have been approved
6. Decision to organise on 16 December , a webinar for all member federations of the EFC.
7. To develop current U14, U17, U23, the COMEX discussed a review and suggestions of possible changes of the Rules for next season. The aim of the discussion was to solve the problem of the difference between the three weapons in the number of competitions.
